Returns Policy


Dadibhais (Bradford) Ltd are happy to give you a full refund or credit on any item purchased from the website within 7 days, providing:
  • the product is still in its original condition

  • the product is still in its original packaging

  • the product has NOT BEEN USED

  • the porduct is still in a re-saleable condition

 

You may be charged a re-stocking fee when returning some items. Please note, Dadibhais (Bradford) Ltd will pass on any re-stocking charge levied on us by our manufacturers for returning goods.

 

 Some items may NOT be returanable AT ALL. This may be due to the products being customised or they have been specially ordered for the customer.

 

There are some items which can NOT be returned or exchanged AT ALL due to hygiene reasons.

Goods must be returned by the customer at the expense of the customer.

If the customer can not organise a courier then,

Dadibhais (Bradford) Ltd will be happy to arrange collection, the cost of which will be passed on to the customer.

  

REFUNDS & CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN AT THE DISCRETION OF DADIBHAIS (BRADFORD) LTD

 

DAMAGED ITEMS & SHORTAGES

 When the goods arrive and it is clearly visible that a box is damaged, the customer must sign the courier's paper work stating that the box is "DAMAGED". If a box is damaged and the paper work is NOT signed "DAMAGED" then any claims made later will NOT be considered

All goods should be examined immediately upon receipt and any damages, shortages etc should be reported to

Dadibhais (Braford) Ltd within 48 hours. 

Any claims made after this time period will NOT be considered.
